All analysis, advice, and coaching provided by Rizz App is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, legal, or relationship counseling.
WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
Rizz App does not guarantee any specific dating outcome or result. The app does not read minds, determine feelings with certainty, predict relationship outcomes, reveal hidden intentions, or evaluate any person's character. All outputs are AI-generated interpretations based on the text provided and should be treated as general guidance only.
You acknowledge that the AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs and you use the app and its features at your own discretion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use Rizz App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to submit any content that includes the personal information of others without their consent. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the app. You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the app and how you act on any guidance the app provides.
CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
When you submit conversations, bios, or messages to Rizz App for analysis or coaching, you represent that you have the right to submit that content. You grant Rizz App a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the app's features to you.
We do not claim ownership of the content you submit. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models. We do not share your submitted content with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the service.

All analysis, coaching responses, reply suggestions, and ice breaker messages generated by the app are produced by artificial intelligence. This content is provided as general guidance only. Rizz App makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

All content within Rizz App including but not limited to the app design, interface, graphics, text, features, and branding is the property of Rizz App and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Rizz App may offer optional premium features or subscriptions available for purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid feature at any time with reasonable notice.
